  • Stuart

    Director

    You can call him Stu! Stu is the Director of True Support Services. He has worked in human services for over 20 years with a focus on child protection and homelessness. He holds a tertiary qualification in youth work, complementing his years of professional and life experience. Stu is the assistant coach and runner for Tea Tree Gully Football Club’s inclusive league team - go the Gullies!

    Stu loves playing guitar, playing Fortnite, playing footy, and going to CrossFit (he’ll likely tell you about that). He’s married to the wonderful Clare, has 2 beautiful daughters and a kelpie, Ned.

    Senior Mentor

    Max is a legend! Max has worked in human services for over 30 years, predominantly in youth homelessness, and brings that wealth of experience over to True Support. Max finds a way to connect with everyone he meets!

    Max is all rock and roll. He’s a musician, a photographer, an exercise fanatic, and an adventurer.

  • Olivia

    Mentor

    Olivia is a warm, approachable, and vivacious individual who finds joy in making real connections, having meaningful conversations, and witnessing the growth of those around her. With a deep understanding of culture and communication from her academic studies, Olivia brings a unique perspective to our team.

    When she's not at work, you'll find her on scenic runs in nature, practicing pilates, painting, working on DIY projects, or

    baking delicious treats. She also loves cozying up with a steaming cup of coffee and writing for Moo Moo Magazine, a publication for young minds.

  • Jordan

    Mentor

    Jordan is an adventurer, carer and all-round legend. Jordan has worked with youth for his whole life, dedicating himself to helping people reach their goals and achieve more than they would have thought possible.

    Jordan has run youth camps for years, loves his footy and can bring adventure to any experience you can imagine.

  • Joy

    Mentor

    Joy is currently studying for a Bachelor of Health Sciences. Joy is always ready for new challenges and opportunities that come her way. She brings ‘joy’ wherever she goes!

    Joy loves playing volleyball, and piano, and spending time with those closest to her.

  • Geoffrey

    Mentor

    Geoff's the chill guy everyone loves hanging out with, especially when deep dives into passions or lively chats about music and sports light up the room. His journey's taken him from the music scene to classrooms, coffee roasteries, and coding desks, gathering life lessons and tips he's always up for sharing. Best times for him? Jamming on a guitar or enjoying a meal with friends. With Geoff, life's a bit warmer, a touch wiser, and a whole lot more fun.

    Alex is a current Art Therapy student, passionate about encouraging creativity and self-expression in others. She is bright, enthusiastic about everything, and loves a good ol’ chat with literally anybody. She thrives off making connections with others and helping them reach their goals.

    In her spare time, Alex can most likely be found scouring thrift stores or reading a good book in a cozy cafe with a delicious coffee (or two.. or three..).'

    Chris comes to True Support with a passion for seeing others achieve all they can. Chris has lived experience, himself living with a disability, and he is able to draw on his life experience to better relate to those he is working with.

    Chris is an avid gamer. Roblox, Minecraft, or anything else... he is here to help where he can!!

  • Josiah

    Mentor

    Josiah enjoys making a positive impact in people's lives in any way he can. He finds working with individuals to be a rewarding experience, and the opportunity to interact with and assist people from all walks of life brings him great joy. Beyond his professional endeavors, Josiah has a strong passion for sports, particularly basketball, mountain biking, and surfing. He also has a deep love for playing and listening to music. With several years of experience in working with youth and young adults, Josiah is known for his encouraging and passionate approach to his work.

    Meet Georgie! She's a passionate and creative soul who loves painting and crafting unique jewelry from clay. With 5 years of experience working in OSHC, Georgie is dedicated to supporting young people and individuals with disabilities and additional needs. Based in the North of Adelaide, including the Barossa region, she is committed to making a positive impact in her community. When she's not at work, you can find her creating art, tending to her veggie garden, or watching lots of Studio Ghibli films.

    Zofia is a passionate, chatty, and empathetic individual with valuable experience working as classroom support. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games, listening to K-pop, and cuddling with her cats. Zofia is deeply committed to supporting others in all aspects of her life, always striving to make a positive impact on those she works with.

    Victor is a devoted family man who loves sports (LOVES SOCCER), music, and spending time with his community. His warmth and positivity shine as he supports and empowers others with care and enthusiasm.

    Victor has over a decade of experience mentoring young people, including five years in high school settings. Known for his warmth and ability to connect, he excels at fostering growth and confidence in those he works with.

    Alisha is a dedicated mentor at True Support Services with a strong foundation in social work. Currently pursuing a degree in social work, Alisha combines her academic knowledge with practical experience gained from working in a high school disability unit. Her passion lies in helping others achieve their goals, build independence, and thrive in their daily lives.

    In her spare time, Alisha enjoys staying active through bouldering and gym sessions, expressing her creativity by playing piano, and relaxing while watching soccer or Aussie rules. Alisha is eager to bring her skills and experience to support people of all ages and make a meaningful impact.

    Meet Rose—a vibrant, caring soul who’s spent the last three years supporting people with disabilities. Driven by a passion for helping others, she’s now studying Health and Medical Sciences to pursue a future in the medical field.

    When she’s not hitting the books, Rose indulges her creative side through music, movies, and TV shows. Lately, she’s taken up knitting (her scarf-in-progress is proof!)—a cozy, hands-on hobby that perfectly matches her warm personality.iption goes here

    Based in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, Astrid is a dedicated mentor with a genuine passion for supporting young people to grow, thrive, and feel empowered in their everyday lives. With a calm and friendly approach, she helps individuals build confidence, develop life skills, and explore their interests at their own pace.

    Astrid brings a strong sense of empathy, patience, and encouragement to her mentoring, creating safe and meaningful connections with those she supports. Whether it’s getting out into nature, trying something new, or simply having someone to talk to, Astrid is there every step of the way.

    She’s proud to be part of the youth-focused True Support team and is excited to offer mentoring across the Adelaide Hills and surrounding areas.

    Based in Henley Beach, Emily is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their goals, gain independence, and build confidence in everyday life.

    With experience as both an education support officer and a disability support worker, Emily has supported children and young adults with a wide range of support needs. She’s currently studying Occupational Therapy at Flinders University, bringing both practical and academic insight into her mentoring approach.

    A true outdoors enthusiast, Emily loves camping, 4WDing, and anything beach-related – and she’s always excited to share that sense of adventure with those she supports.

    Jonah brings a genuine passion for making a tangible difference in people’s lives. He thrives on building meaningful connections and finds real fulfillment in supporting individuals to grow, feel empowered, and embrace who they are.

    With a calm and positive presence, Jonah brings patience, empathy, and encouragement to every mentoring session. He values the uniqueness of every person he works with and believes it’s our differences that truly make us who we are.

    Outside of work, Jonah enjoys staying active, hanging out with friends, and hitting the basketball court. He’s dedicated to making a real impact each day and is proud to be part of the youth-focused True Support team.
